I love this time of the year. Alot of love is in the air and the sents of great food in the air. I have seen some family I havent seen in years. The food is great, yet you have to watch what you put on your plate at my Grandma Elsie house. Eating at her house on a regular day is like playing a round of Fear Factor. Just imagine how it is on a holiday. She cooked ham, deressing, greens, cornbread, possum, quail, turtle, coon, bear, snake, bobcat, dear, moose, ground hog I mean anything that crosses grandma your ain’t gotta chance. If you came over there and pissed her off and wasn’t family, you might end up battered and fried ya damn self!
